PICO SOL NSOL302 is a sewage lifting station with one-piece LLDPE burying tank, PVC inlet with N.B.R. gasket, and polyethylene discharge. The single submersible pump with grinder impeller reduces solids and, together with the float switch, enables automatic management of the pumping cycle.

INSTALLATION (OPERATING DIRECTIONS)

• Excavation with 20-30 cm side space and 15-20 cm bed of 20/30 mm washed gravel; do not use excavated material as backfill.
• Fill with water and backfill with 20/30 mm washed gravel in successive layers of 15-20 cm.
• Cover with non-clay vegetable soil (30-40 cm) leaving inspections accessible.
• Venting: provide open vent and connect biogas vent to higher elevation (pipe not included).
• Heavy manholes/pits: dedicated slab on load-bearing soil.

MAINTENANCE

• Periodic checks of pump and float; access to inspection for testing and cleaning.

• Biogas vent piping (not included) and finishing depending on installation.
