PICO SOL SOL150 is a sewage lifting station made with one-piece linear high-density polyethylene (LLDPE) burying tank, arranged for PVC inlet with N.B.R. rubber gasket and polyethylene outlet pipeline. The submersible pump is connected to the outlet pipeline and is equipped with float switch for automatic run/stop management.

INSTALLATION (OPERATING DIRECTIONS)
- Make an excavation with a flat bottom, leaving 20-30 cm free around the tank (at least 50 cm in heavy soils or with a surface water table).
- Spread a 15-20 cm bed of 20/30 mm washed gravel on the bottom. Do not use excavated material as backfill.
- Lay the hollow construction, then gradually fill with water and, at the same time, backfill with 20/30 mm washed gravel in 15-20 cm layers.
- Cover the last 30-40 cm with topsoil (not clay/loamy) leaving inspection plugs free. Walkable area; avoid transit of vehicles up to 2 m from the excavation.
- Venting: always provide open venting and connect biogas vent provision with suitable piping to the highest point of the building (piping not included).
- For sumps/pits weighing > 50 kg, make a concrete slab sized and placed on load-bearing soil, not directly on the tank.
MAINTENANCE
- Perform periodic checks on float, connections and pump operation.
- Keep inspection accessible for checks and cleaning, as required by plant.
