The PICO SOL SOL512P2 is a single-block underground sewage lifting station configured with a double submersible electric pump and float-operated management. It is designed to pump untreated civil sewage back to higher elevations; the dual pump allows for variable flow rates and ensures the availability of a backup pump, with inspection access for periodic checks.

INSTALLATION (OPERATING DIRECTIONS)

• Carry out excavation and laying in accordance with the manufacturer's questioning methods and plant design.
• Prepare stable laying bed (e.g., suitable washed gravel) and backfill with controlled backfill.
• During backfilling, gradually fill the basin with water to stabilize thrusts.
• Evaluate surface loads and, if necessary, provide slab/pit for manhole covers or heavy loads.
• Provide open vent and, if required by the plant, connection to biogas line according to rules of art.

MAINTENANCE

• Recommended periodic inspection (typically annual) if permanent installation.
• Cleaning of liquid inlet of sludge and debris (and metal filter if present).
• Checking impeller wear and tear and checking electrical cable, handle and fasteners.

RECOMMENDED ACCESSORIES

• Primary sedimentation or upstream screening to retain nonshreddable bodies (rags, plastics, etc.).
• Dual pump control panel and alarm unit (upon request).
• Vent piping and completion accessories, second plant.
