PICO SOL NSOL312 is a sewage lifting station with one-piece LLDPE burying tank, PVC inlet with N.B.R. gasket and polyethylene outlet. The submersible pump is equipped with a float switch for automatic operation and uses shredding impeller, which reduces solids into smaller fragments and allows it to work with high pressures to overcome height differences.

INSTALLATION (OPERATING DIRECTIONS)
- Excavation with flat bottom, side clearance 20-30 cm (50 cm in heavy soils) and 15-20 cm bed of 20/30 mm washed gravel.
- Progressive backfill with water and backfill with 20/30 mm washed gravel in 15-20 cm layers.
- Final cover with non-clay vegetable soil (30-40 cm), leaving inspection plugs free.
- Venting: open vent + biogas vent connection to top of cover (piping not included).
- Heavy manholes/holes on dedicated slab on load-bearing soil.
MAINTENANCE
- Periodic float and pump checks; keep inspection accessible for checking/cleaning.
