The PICO SOL SOL563P2 is a single-block underground sewage lifting station configured with a double submersible electric pump and float control. It is designed to transfer effluent to deliveries located at higher elevations; the dual pump allows for high and variable flow rates and ensures the availability of a back-up pump, improving the system's continuity of service.

INSTALLATION (OPERATING DIRECTIONS)

• Carry out excavation and installation in accordance with the manufacturer's method of undergrounding and the designer's instructions.
• Prepare stable laying bed (e.g., suitable washed gravel) and complete backfill and backfill in a controlled manner.
• Gradually fill the basin with water during backfill to stabilize thrusts.
• Arrange for open venting and, if provided, connection to biogas line according to rules of art.
• Evaluate surface loads and provide for possible slab/pit if manholes or heavy loads are expected.

MAINTENANCE

• Recommended periodic inspection (typically annual) for permanent installations.
• Clean liquid inlet of sludge and debris (and metal filter if present).
• Checking impeller wear and tear and checking electrical cable, handle and fasteners.

RECOMMENDED ACCESSORIES

• System upstream of primary sedimentation or screening to retain nonshreddable bodies (rags, plastics, etc.): essential with dual-channel impeller.
