DECCC2000AS Corrugated Coalescent De-oiler
TheDECCC2000AS Coalescence De-oiler is designed to treat stormwater runoff from yards, parking lots, garages, body shops, and industrial areas with discharge to Public Sewer (T3).
Made of monolithic high-strength polyethylene tank with corrugated structure, rotational molding ensures constant thickness and strength. The plant is equipped with a high-surface area polyurethane foam coalescing filter specifically for separating oils, greases and fuels.
Key Features.
- Capacity: 2000 liters
Parking spaces: no. 50
Yard area: 2190 m² covered and 1100 m² uncovered
Nominal flow rate (NS): 6.0 liters/s
Standard: UNI EN 858/1-2
Discharge: to Public Sewer
Compliance and Standards.
The coalescing de-oiler fully complies with the following standards and requirements:
- UNI EN 858/1-2
- Legislative Decree no. 152 of 03/04/2006 part III
- C.A.M. 2.2.8.2 - Collection, purification and reuse of rainwater
Operation
The system reduces the velocity of the influent and incorporates a stilling zone that facilitates the separation of lighter particles. The coalescing filter action optimizes de-oiling in compact spaces, improving performance over conventional separators.
Advantages
- Simplified underground installation
- High efficiency due to coalescing filter
- Lightweight and corrosion-resistant design
- Low programmable maintenance
Maintenance
To ensure consistent performance, periodic inspections of the coalescent filter and separation zone are recommended as provided in the technical manual.
