Calcium and magnesium salts determine water hardness, which is mainly responsible for scaling and damage to water systems, boilers, kettles, faucets and appliances. If the water has a hardness of more than 15 French degrees, it is a good idea to install an ion exchange softener. In addition to reducing limescale, softening helps reduce energy costs and detergent consumption.
GEL DECALUX is a single-cabin ion exchange water softener for civil and potable use (with materials suitable for drinking water). The compact design integrates brine vat and resin cylinder in one body, which is ideal when looking for small footprint, easy installation, and convenient regeneration management.
