Calcium and magnesium salts determine water hardness, which is mainly responsible for scaling and damage to water systems, boilers, kettles, faucets and appliances. If the water has a hardness of more than 15 French degrees, it is a good idea to install an ion exchange softener.
GEL DECAL - Version M is a double body ion exchange water softener for drinking water (conf . DM 25/2012): the brine vat is separate from the cylinder unit. UP-FLOW regeneration is designed to contain consumption (about 0.096 kg salt/L resin and 4.2 L water/L resin).
