INSTALLATION
- Install by qualified personnel in a dry place, protected from frost and sunlight
- Install a safety filter upstream of the softener
- Use flexible hoses or anti-vibration joints for plumbing connections
- Place a free drain (not under pressure) at a suitable height
- With pressures < 2 bar install an autoclave; with pressures > 6 bar install a pressure reducer
- Install a check valve after the meter
- For potable use: provide a mixing valve to set residual hardness (e.g., 15 °f) according to local regulations/practices

MAINTENANCE
- Periodic cleaning of upstream filter (if installed)
