Polyethylene tank 1000 liters | horizontal - rtc

One-piece outdoor tank made of horizontally developed linear polyethylene (LLDPE) using seamless rotational molding technology. It is ideal for storing drinking water, storm water and other compatible food liquids. Due to its robust structure and low chemical reactivity of the material, the tank ensures long service life, high mechanical strength and total absence of corrosion or oxidation over time. Smooth internal and external surfaces ensure hygiene, easy maintenance and cleaning.

Installation instructions (summary).

1. Install on flat, solid surface suitable for full tank weight.
2. Avoid heat sources and direct light entry to prevent algae growth.
3. Use flexible piping for loading and unloading plumbing connections.
4. If pumps are present, provide adequate venting to prevent internal depressions.
5. Do not bury: the tank is intended for above-ground use only.

Maintenance and cleaning.

The tank is supplied unwashed. Before first use, wash internally with water and neutral detergent or HACCP surface product, then rinse thoroughly. Carry out periodic cleanings to ensure hygiene and quality of the contained liquid.
