Polyethylene tank 10700 liters | underground

The Rototec 10,700-liter underground corrugated tank is a one-piece tank made of high-density linear polyethylene (LLDPE) using rotational molding technology and designed forburial. It is intended for storage of potable water, storm water and compatible food liquids, offering excellent mechanical strength, durability and total absence of corrosion or oxidation.

Installation

Installation must follow the "Rototec Interrogation Modes," which include:

1. Appropriately sized excavation with flat bottom and bed of 20/30 mm washed gravel 15-20 cm thick.
2. Laying of the tank completely empty and progressive filling with water during backfilling with washed gravel.
3. Final backfilling with topsoil (excluding clay or silty soil).
4. Installation of open vent to avoid depressions during operation.
5. Possible use of PP77 extension in case of greater depth.

Warnings

• Product intended for underground use only - do not use outdoors.
• Do not install near heat sources.
• Use flexible piping for plumbing connections.
• Avoid light seepage inside to prevent algae growth.
• For stormwater, leaf filter sump is recommended upstream of the cistern.

Maintenance

The tank is delivered unwashed. Before use, wash the interior with water and neutral detergent, rinse thoroughly, and use HACCP cleaners if necessary. Carry out periodic cleanings to maintain hygiene.

Warranty
