CHARACTERISTICS

LIQUID FLOCCULANT is a liquid product based on flocculating and coagulating substances specifically

for the recovery of turbid swimming pool water. Through the formation of voluminous flakes THE

FLOCCULANT engulfs colloidal particles, micro-suspensions that cannot be retained by the filter, which

pollute the water.

Many flocculants are based on iron compounds (e.g., ferric chloride), THE FLOCCULANT is

completely free of it: the presence of iron always causes problems in pool water!

It is recommended to use the product only in the presence of the sand filter.

METHOD OF USE.

Increase the pH value of the pool water to at least the value of 7.8-8 using the appropriate CORRECTOR

PH PIU.

Pour THE FLOCCULANT directly into the pool in the dose of between 3 and 5 liters per 100 cubic meters (30-50 ml

per cubic meter of water), depending on the state of turbidity of the water. Keep the system running in the mode

"recirculation" for a few hours to distribute the product evenly in the water. Then stop

the system and wait 12-18 hours in such a way as to promote the precipitation of flakes and dirt on the tank bottom.

Vacuum out the residue formed on the bottom, in "drain" mode. Any small residue on the tank bottom will be

collected and captured by the filter system in a time that is related to the hours of filtration. In case you need

larger doses of product, it is recommended to contact our technicians first. In the case of very turbid water it is

possible to repeat the treatment or increase the dose of use: we recommend in these cases to consult first our

our Technical Service. Treatment with LIQUID FLOCCULANT is preferably carried out late in the evening and without

the presence of bathers in the tank, carrying out the suction of residues on the bottom the following morning.

Check the pH value at the end and bring it back to the values 7.2-7.6 if necessary.

The product can be added by continuous dosing pumps in the dose of about 4-40 ppm (4-40

grams per meter.
