Shipping and delivery
Packages are via GLS Courier, BRT, Fercam or T-Group with delivery tracking.
The shipping cost is indicated in the cart summary before payment is made.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage. Freight costs vary depending on the volumetric weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items into a single order.
It is not possible for us to group two separate orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each. The transport of particularly bulky (such as tanks) or palletized goods is not understood to include unloading, which is always the customer's responsibility and expense.
Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken in the case of fragile items.
Boxes are suitably large and your items are well protected by bubble wrap, air bags and shock containment material. In any case, we recommend that you always check the integrity of the package and accept the package in any case, signing subject to inspection. Without such wording, we will not in fact be able to proceed with any claims against the carrier.
