DX electric pumps are specially designed for all domestic user uses, such as draining underground rooms, irrigating gardens and vegetable gardens, or for general transfer of clear or slightly turbid liquids. Taking care of the construction and containing the dimensions favored ease of handling while not sacrificing reliability. The special construction ensures a long service life with limited and easy maintenance.
LIMITS OF USE
- max. temperature of pumped liquid = 40°C;
- max. immersion depth = 20 m;
- PH of pumped liquid: - for electropumps type DXN03: 5 ÷ 8 - for electropumps type DXN07 - DXV09 - DXV14: 6 ÷ 10
- Supply voltages and relative permissible variation from rated voltage:
- single-phase: 220 V - 230 V ±6% standard 230 V - 240 V ±6% on request
- three-phase: 400 V ±10% (380-400-415) standard 230 V ±10% (220-230-240) on request
- other voltages with ±5% on request
- maximum unbalance allowed on the absorbed current: 5%
- consult our technical offices in the presence of a density higher than 1 kg/dm3 and/or a viscosity higher than 1 mm2 /s (1 cSt)
- the electric pump generates a sound pressure level below 70 dB(A).
INSTALLATION
The electric pump is installed in the sump and can be used:
- connected to flexible piping - connected to rigid piping directly to the threaded delivery port
- automatic control by means of special equipment is possible
CONSTRUCTION
- front mechanical seal plus seal ring on motor shaft
- in single-phase models the capacitor is built into the motor (except for DXV14M model with external capacitor)
- amperometric thermal protection and float switch for automatic operation incorporated as standard in single-phase models
- oil-immersed motor (in dry chamber DXV versions...), in insulation class F and IP68 degree of protection
- stainless steel screws and nuts
