All products sold on the website www.comid.it (hereinafter COMID) are directly guaranteed for 24 months from the invoice date. In particular, all the products sold by COMID are covered as a manufacturer's standard warranty and by a 24-month warranty for lack of conformity, in compliance with current legislation. To use the warranty, the Customer must keep the invoice (or transport document) that he will receive. The manufacturer's standard warranty is provided in the manner described in the documentation included in the product packaging. It is specified that the 24-month warranty is reserved for the private Consumer (a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes a purchase without indicating a reference to VAT number in the order form). If, as a result of an intervention by an Authorized Service Center, the defect is not covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty, the Customer will be charged for any verification and recovery costs required by the Authorized Assistance, as well as transport costs, if supported by COMID. It is specified that COMID cannot be held responsible in any case for the activity of the technical assistance centers on the products: any delays in repairs and / or any replacements, and / or failure to recognize by the authorized technical assistance center of the defect of functioning as required by current legislation, and / or any other hypothesis deemed to be detrimental to the Customer, are to be attributed exclusively to the policies of the Producers.
RETURN OF GOODS
In cases where the application of the guarantees provides for the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment, intact consumables, manuals, cables , etc...); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to put it in a second box; in all cases, the attachment of labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original product packaging should be avoided.
All shipments of products will be returned to the Sender, at their own expense:
- Not including original packaging, accessories and manuals;
- Received with external packaging not suitable or inadequate and therefore damaged during transport: the Warranty does not cover damage due to non-use of the original packaging and adequate external protective protective packaging not authorized by the service center.
To proceed with the return procedure, you must complete the RMA Form in all its fields, send it by email to email@example.com and wait for the operator to intervene for the preliminary verification of the RMA. The package MUST be sent within 7 days. from the authorization of the case, since after this deadline, it will be the company's discretion to accept the procedure.
Transportation costs resulting from the application of legal guarantees are entirely borne by the customer, who also assumes all associated risks.
Conventionally any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and / or things.
